We call it the ‘Clinical Fitness’ approach.

You get the power of the healthcare team at Cornerstone Health to assess your mobility, work with your limitations, and set goals for a super effective workout that empowers you to do more of what you love.

Our clients love our expert coaching that allows them to train hard without a hard recovery.

So, what does a Foundational Fitness session look like?

First you’ll meet your coach for assessment.

Once, that’s complete, each workout has 4 phases:

Activate – full body mobility warm up

Accelerate – Safe movements that get your heart rate to the optimal level.

Enhance – Full-body circuit training utilizing bodyweight and free weights.

Elongate – Full-body cool down and lengthening.
