Liz Durham is the Head Coach of Foundational Fitness and our on-staff Rehabilitation Specialist in Evanston, IL. She specializes in helping individuals transition from physical therapy to sustainable, functional strength training. Liz works with a wide range of clients, including those recovering from injury, dealing with spinal stenosis or joint stiffness, or looking for low-impact yet effective workouts.
She trained directly under GRIP Approach founder Dr. Benjamin Fergus, and now serves as an assistant instructor for clinical rehabilitation techniques at GRIP Approach seminars across the country. Liz is certified in both the GRIP Approach as a Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Specialist and in Functional Kettlebell Training (FKT), blending corrective movement with performance-based fitness.
She leads high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes, functional fitness coaching, and kettlebell programs tailored to people of all backgrounds and fitness levels.
