– Love it. Open, airy, inviting, a really great vibe, welcoming, and you know, that’s not even mentioning the staff who are awesome.
How was your first class here?
Great, it was everything that I knew it to be plus more because of the space and some added equipment, and once again, really great instructors.
How would you describe your experience today in one word?
Fun.
Did you get a chance to try any of the new services?
Yeah, actually I’m a tennis player, and I have a little tennis elbow going on in both elbows believe it or not. So Dr. Fergus did some of the shockwave therapy on both elbows interestingly it can be used on sort of the bony areas as well as the soft tissue, and so my left arm benefited from the, I can’t remember, tendons, ligaments, bone, whatever, more of the bony stuff. And my right arm was soft tissue, and they both feel great.
